Storage & Heating:

All of our products are fresh. This product comes in a MAP tray packaging. Product may be heated and consumed prior to use-by date or frozen for up to 2 months.

Heating: Tray and film are oven and microwave safe. Peel corner of film and bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes or microwave on high for 5-7 minutes or until 75C. Or simmer on medium in a pan until heated through.

Tomato, wild boar, onion, carrot, milk, olive oil, breadcrumbs [wheat flour, salt, sugar, yeast, bread improver (wheat, soy)], garlic, parmesan cheese [milk], salt, parsley, basil, lemon juice, thyme, pepper, oregano.

This product has been made in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts, crustacea, egg, fish, mollusc, peanut, sesame.

The wild boar was very nice and tender the sauce complemented the meat and I added fettuccine to round off the dish.
My only complaint is the container holding the wild boar was broken and some of the sauce had gotten past the inner covering but was luckily held back by the thicker outer bag. This is the only disappointment of a very nice meal.
