We usually use pork leg or shoulder for our Christmas BBQ Souvlaki but this year we used the Wild Boar Leg (roast) to make our Souvlaki with Spicy Prune Glaze. Taste is awesome in combination with gameness, sweetness and slight heat on BBQ with Olive pipee briquettes also from S.A. made in Greece.

I opened the boneless ham for a Christmas treat. Difficult to slice as was very firm. Unfortunately we found it very tough to eat so will baste it with sauce and put it in the oven to see if it makes it more palatable. Sorry Guys but very disappointing.
