Slow and long cooking to serve this delicious leg of goat. A leaner meat than the farmed one but flavored with a sweet gamy undertone that matches with brilliance the curry spices (Indian). Best also to eat the dish the day after that it has been cooked as the meat gains a deeper maturation.
Up there with the best extra lean beef but a little more flavour; works well for lasagna
Out of the 750g container, 600g of it is just the sauce. I can't believe that this is charged for $22 because it can't even feed one person
