Brown tail portions in a pan prior to wet braising for maximum flavour.
Very slow wet cooking: gives you a tender result that falls apart, similar to ox tail. Think rich and hearty stews, curries and soups.

This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Or you may freeze prior to use-by.

A tail to tell.

Kangaroo tail has been one of the most delicious and tender meats I have had. I've cooked it in a stew, curry- massaman and sri lankan and in a soup. The flavours are amazing and match the tenderness of the meat. Going to re order as we love the quality of the meat too.
