Smoked kangaroo fillet has been carefully created by our friends at award winning Goodwood Quality Meats in South Australia. Made using Paroo Premium Kangaroo and smoked with Australian Redgum. Smoked kangaroo fillet is full of flavour offering your guests something special on your next grazing platter.
Each piece of smoked kangaroo fillet will vary in shape and weight, however each piece will be a minimum of 200g.
