Size

To ensure supply consistency Wild Boar has been frozen and thawed for your convenience.

Due to the nature of wild harvested animals, the size and amount of fat that is on the wild boar loin chops will vary. Australian Wild Boar is lean and tasty due to their natural diet of nuts, berries and native vegetation. They are free to roam without confinement and are ethically harvested in their own environment, producing a naturally tender and flavoursome pork.

Cooking tips:

    • Pork Loin Chops are juicy and lean, they have been carefully trimmed and are easy to pan fry, grill or bbq for a delicious mid-week meal.

Packaging & Storage:

An earlier experience with wild boar in Europe left us apprehensive but these loin chops are from small pigs and are exellent quility and taste. Like all game meat you need to be careful not to over cook or they will be tough. Treat them with care and you will be rewarded. We have tried several batches and they never fail to impress.

Overcooked

I am sure they would be good if I cooked them properly. The wildboar ham was wonderful as was the Venison minute steaks

Super SWEET and tasty 😋

Tastes similar to milk-fed veal. But no watery taste here. Super delicious sweet clean taste and full bodied flavour. Did someone add MSG or something!? I can't believe how delicious this pork was! The only fault is that they had no skin. But it won't stop me from buying more! Better than farm raised pork that's for sure. Best pork I've ever tasted my whole entire life. I still can't believe how delicious these pork chops were.
