Anything but boaring

We had the wild boar cutlets last week, crusted in Wattleseed, Pepperberry, Saltbush and Lemon Myrtle and pan seared served with an Apple and Lilli Pilli sauce. Simply delicious, the meat was tender and beautifully flavoured.

Very tasty

These chops were delicious. Didn’t need anything extra. Just grilled them.
