This delicious ham is smoked using Australian red gum wood chips and made using minimum number of additives. Perfect on a grazing board or delicious sandwich filling. Kangaroos are free to roam without confinement and are ethically harvested in their own environment, producing a naturally lean and tasty ham.

This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Ready to eat. Store in refrigerator, unopened until use-by date. Consume within 5 days of opening.

Ingredients: Kangaroo (90%) (Kangaroo), Cure (Water, Mineral Salts (451, 450, 452), Dextrose Monohydrate, Sugar, Additive (Antioxidant (316)), Cure (Salt, Preservative (250), Fermented Red Rice), Salt Allergens. Gluten free.
