I'm very impressed with the meals recieved from Australian Meats, they surpassed my expectations. Its been a long time since I've eaten what I call exploring meats since I was a young man back living in Canada when I ate venison, moose and other varieties of meats that were caught by my grandfather and uncles during the hunting season.
I've got to say, I loved each and every meal supplied, my favourite would be any goat dish, there is something about the flavour and texture of goat meat that makes it yummy 😋
I was a little sceptical about the wild boar, but it was really really nice amd flavoursome. I've heard many stories about why people shouldn't eat wild boar, but so far so good hahaha.
I am 100% sure I will be purchasing again in the future.

Bought the kangaroo Osso Bucco and it was fantastic so tender and tasty. Just falls off the bone in slow cooker.
This website is a lifesaver. Finding good quality goat in Sydney let alone on the central coast is very challenging so having australian meats deliver high quality well packaged goat meat is a blessing. Prices are fair and I have recommended them to many people in my community. Quite a shame that goat isn't as popular as it should be given Australia is the largest exporter of goat meat in the world.
Ive gone through 5 kilos and ordered another 5. Amazing source of protein, lower sat fat, and just incredibly delicious and tender when cooked right. What more can you ask for!
