Curried Venison

After many years of not eating venison I was excited to see your ad on FB. We cooked a venison curry with fresh peas and it was delicious. The cubes were tender and full of flavour. Will definitely order again and try some of the other cuts.

Winter warmer

The star of a venison casserole on a chilly night in early spring. Cooked with juniper berries, port and lingonberry jam, among other things, and served on a bed of mashed roast pumpkin with green beans. The meat was lean, deeply colored and cut to irregular sizes, which worked well. What a delight.
