Marinated them and then skewered with capsicum, onion, and zucchini and open fire grilled. One of the best skewered meats ive had!!

Amazing quality!

This would have to be the best quality diced meat I've ever received. It looked like it was from the prime cut. No stringy bits or hiding lower quality parts of the cut. It was all consistently A grade.
