This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Once opened, consume within 2-3 days. You may freeze prior to use-by.

Great stew or curry friendly cut of meat

Made for a good weekday night, low effort packet curry dinner: cooks reasonably quickly when cut up small, good flavour much like other red meat cuts for Indian curry. Would advise rinsing blood off first, as patting dry with paper towel did not fully remove blood odours.
