Browned the roasted this for dinner. Absolutely beautiful with a good Shiraz. Thanks for the beautiful cut of meat.
Sick of the three stable proteins going around in chicken, pork, beef and where we get our proteins. Came across Australian meats and ordered some different cuts of Venison. I'm liking the idea of wild harvest. Blasted out a Venison casserole with the diced Venison, red current and red wine. Lovely feed. Good flavour, meat tender and without that fattiness of beef. Have another order on the way. Hope you guys are keeping up the standards and being as ethical as can be harvesting the animals.
Unfortunately once again the packaging has let this product down. It tore and leaked and went unnoticed until I found the blood inour fridge and the meat had spoiled. This has happened to goat products we've previously bought. It's a real shame as it ruins a really good product
