Made a Calabrian recipe was sensational
One of the best things I've ever made. I deglazed with gin, and cooked with star anise, kampot pepper, cinnamon and porcini powder. The meat was so tender, I was eating it out of the pot!
Nice cooked in the slow cooker with red wine, stock and soy sauce plus 2/3 of a cup of undiluted Ribena.
Serve with cranberry sauce
