This product is vacuum sealed. Keep in refrigerator. Remove plastic completely after opening. 

Made in Australia from at least 97% Australian ingredients 

Ingredients: Wild venison (76%), pork, sugar, salt, garlic, black pepper (0.4%), herbs and spices, stabilizer (450,451,452), antioxidants (316), sodium nitrate (250), starter culture.

Wow - So much flavor

Great with cheese and biscuits but put it on the grill and brown it a little for a whole new flavor experience.

Awesome sauce!

It may have been a one off, there may be more, but I have zero complaints about the quality and service of Australian Meats. They informed me when the boar double-smoked ham was re-available, and MAN, that is sooooo delicious. The venison burgers are to die for and other produce has not been tried yet, but I expect they will be just a damn good. My only 'beef' was that the ham was a range of 1.2 to 1.5 kg, so you did not know what weight you were getting, but that is neither here nor there. They kept me informed as to when my package was dispensed, and it was still cold when I picked it up that day from my porch, which was a fairly hot day of 26+.So, their packaging is superb and robust

Mettwurst instead of salami

The mertwurst was delicious and not at all too spiced. Just had to take the paper skin off to slice it.


So tasty I’ve ordered again
