This product is vacuum sealed. Keep in refrigerator. Remove plastic completely after opening. 

Made in Australia from at least 97% Australian ingredients 

Ingredients: Wild venison (76%), pork, sugar, salt, garlic, black pepper (0.4%), herbs and spices, stabilizer (450,451,452), antioxidants (316), sodium nitrate (250), starter culture.

Beautiful piece of meat

Perfect combination of pepper and garlic. My son laughed at me when I said I was ordering venison but now I don't get a look in, he takes the lot. Love what you guys do, just ordered another box. Highly recommended.

Tasty, moist and subtle

Love this product. The garlic is terrifically well balanced here, and the texture is soft and warm. On our second roll, with a third in the fridge thanks to the good length use-by date. Can recommend.

Absolutely delicious

Got this as a bit of an extra cart add but very glad I did. Great flavour and great consistency, it's a little bit salty but has that slight chewy goodness you'd expect from a venison.

The great lifter

I slice it ultra-fine with an ultra-sharp knife, and add it to salads and vegetable based sandwich fillings! Really gives a “lift” without dominating the overall taste sensation!
