This product is vacuum sealed. Keep in refrigerator. Remove plastic completely after opening. 

Made in Australia from at least 97% Australian ingredients 

Ingredients: Wild venison (76%), pork, sugar, salt, garlic, black pepper (0.4%), herbs and spices, stabilizer (450,451,452), antioxidants (316), sodium nitrate (250), starter culture.

The great lifter

I slice it ultra-fine with an ultra-sharp knife, and add it to salads and vegetable based sandwich fillings! Really gives a “lift” without dominating the overall taste sensation!
