This compact ham is smoked using Australian red gum wood chips and made using minimum amount of additives. Australian Wild Boar is lean and tasty due to their natural diet of nuts, berries and native vegetation. They are free to roam without confinement and are ethically harvested in their own environment, producing a naturally tender and flavoursome pork. 900g-1.2kg

Packaging & Storage:

This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Store in refrigerator, unopened until use-by date. Consume within 5 days of opening.

Ingredients: 100% Australian wild boar, Salt, Mineral Salt (450,451,452), Sugar, Antioxidant (316), Preservative (250), Dextrose, Flavour. Gluten free.

Best ever

I have bought the wild boar ham on several occasions and I y s always fantastic and of a consistent quality. Tried the venison ham and it was wonderful. Will definitely buy it again.

Leg ham

Nice tasting meat but tends to have the consistency of corned beef .
I tend to enjoy ham thin and fatty as the wild boar meat has less fat it makes that difficult .
Personally if this was to come in a Finely sliced pack I would be more inclined to buy more.

Best ham ever

I really appreciate the meat is not as “salty” as regular ham and the meat has a deeper colour signifying more nutrients.. I’ll always buy the wild boar ham from now on.
