Warndu Bush Tomato (Desert Raisin or Kutjera) - Ground 25g.
To get the most of this incredible flavour we recommend using it whole, or crushing it in a mortar & pestle to make a powder right before you use it.
Tip: Try them ground and rubbed into your BBQ meat, on a cheese board or in stews and casseroles.
Marinade recipe by Warndu
¼ cup Warndu Thyme Oil
¼ cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Warndu Ground Bush Tomato
1 tsp garlic, minced
Warndu Native Salt & Pepper, to taste
A squeeze of lemon Juice
Mix and rub on your kangaroo, venison or boar to marinade before cooking.
