Got a venison roast , smoked venison and venison backstrap! The order was shipped quickly and very well packaged! I used the smoked meat and backstrap at a Christmas lunch ( backstrap on bbq) and was a little nervous as it's been a while since I've had venison but holy cow was it good!! Tender not gamey at all just an amazing cut 10/10 most people at the lunch had never tried it but all loved it and got ravaged wish I ordered more... And the smoked stuff also did well on the charcuterie board...about to order another huge order!
Impressed at the quality and freshness of the meat. I'm not the best cook, maybe a basic leaflet on how to cook rabbit would be cool. Anyways, I look forward to buying more again soon.

(there was a few bits of grisle. and it gets stuck in your teeth, I was hoping they might be able to cut a little more grisle out. it is not a problem. it's more a inconvenience worth putting up with, toothpicks/floss, haha.)

My guests over Christmas were most complimentary about the Quandong chilli chutney Especially pairing it with the wild boar ham, a lovely partnership,complimenting eachbother divinely.
