First edible rabbit i have had in Australia

Having grown in France I love Rabbits and hares even more
So far, in Australia, (after 45 years) i had not been able to source an edible rabbit. Your wild rabbit was delicious. It would be nice to get the liver with it which is a delicacy

Wild Rabbit Ragout with Prunes

This dish turned out superbly. The rabbit was succulent and the generosity of the pieces was appreciated. Added chat potatoes which were a master stroke and we got 7 servings from the recipe. Definitely a repeat on the Rabbit order!
