The pepper and chili were quite over powering and the kangaroo flavour didn’t come through as I would have liked. Would buy plain next time.

Cooking tips:
- Suits slow braising or BBQ to medium rare.
- Cook low and slow for a minimum of 5 hours at 150C or until meat is tender and falls apart
