The wild goat snags are not baaaaaaaaad (read with goat sound) at all. They are excellent actually.
Slow cooked two of these after browning and with lots of veg. After 10 hours meat was so tender, melt in the mouth and so tasty. Yummo
Really really tasty, not very fatty ham that goes with everything.
