Slow baked these in bone broth, roasted garlic and Pedro Ximenez, herbs etc. When meat separating easily from bone, stripped it, and put aside. Reduced broth further by half, then returned shank meat (cut to bite size) for final cook where it became a dark rich smoother texture. Finally step - break Cabralese cheese though and allow to blend through - absolutely 👌, served on and through tagliatelle with a Shiraz. I’ll be going back and back to this company. The boneless goat is superb and the wild boar mince meatballs 👌
I ordered these with my first order , seared them in a pan and then airfryer it for 10 min on 165 , the fat is sweet and very clean tasting , the mean is tasty , soft and sweet , great product
I really appreciate the meat is not as “salty” as regular ham and the meat has a deeper colour signifying more nutrients.. I’ll always buy the wild boar ham from now on.
This ham has a beautiful flavour to it. The only problem I found was it was a bit sinewy. If it’s cut thinly it chews well.
The box arrived. Very well packed and on scheduel. The cold packs inside were extra care...impressed.
All dishes were very flavoursome.. the wild bore meatballs a standout...the Vindaloo and korma were excellent...lasagna needed more sauce but thats just been picky...all portions were generous and exceeded what i was expecting..
