All 5 dishes were delicious, with my favourite being the Wild Goat Korma, closely followed by the Wild Venison Thai Massaman Curry. A really good balance between sauce & meat, rather than the excess sauce with minimal meat often found in shop-bought ready meals. Flavoursome without too much heat, they were well received by the whole household. The Wild Venison and Mushroom Lasagne was wonderful in both texture and flavour. The other two meals, the Meatballs and the Rogan Josh, were also excellent, and the whole family appreciated the aroma, texture and flavour. The meals were definitely restaurant quality and we'll be having them again soon!
One of the best things I've ever made. I deglazed with gin, and cooked with star anise, kampot pepper, cinnamon and porcini powder. The meat was so tender, I was eating it out of the pot!
