So glad I cooked this

Boneless Venison roast, cooked according to recipe on Australian Meats website, served with sour berry sauce. I was so nervous and worried it would be overcooked , or too rare. It turned out perfectly! I had a friend travel a 640km round trip for lunch, so had to do something special, we loved it!

Too long between meals.

My wife and I love venison and we found it difficult to purchase in Victoria when we were told by a supplier that all their good cuts were being bought by restaurants.
Seeing Australian Meats on Social Media, I couldn't believe my luck with their selection of different meats and cuts.
Spring Ridge Venison Boneless Roast, was highly anticipated and enjoyed by my family. The roast was accompanied with the Blackened Spiced Venison Roast with Sour Berry Sauce from the web site.
