8 point wild venison rack is something a little different for the dinner table. It is best roasted in a hot oven and served medium rare, similar to how you would roast a lamb rack.

Cooking tips:

Use a rub of spices such as crushed peppercorn, cumin and coriander prior to cooking.

This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Once opened, consume within 2 days. You may freeze prior to use-by.

Succulent

Wow melted in our mouths. Little bit of olive oil smoothed over then salt and pepper with 3mins on one side 4 mins on other and rested for 8. Couldn't ask for anything better 💕

Mind Blowing

Six weeks ago I put in an order of both venison & kangaroo..
Amongst the order was venison marinated in garlic..
The meat is packed in fillets & adequately feeds three easily..
I've tasted venison in many parts around the world..this meat surpassed them all!
I cooked it in an iron skillet with virgin olive oil & butter..
Prior to cooking I lightly salted both sides..
You must preheat the pan until hot..
Cook both sides for 3mns spooning the butter over fillets as you go..
We were amazed of the quality!
