To ensure supply consistency Wild Boar has been frozen and thawed for your convenience. 

Australian Wild Boar is lean and tasty due to their natural diet of nuts, berries and native vegetation. They are free to roam without confinement and are ethically harvested in their own environment, producing a naturally tender and flavoursome pork. Boneless leg roast is minimum 2kg and is best served medium. Roast in the oven or pot roast.

Sensational!

Charred then slow cooked this in a camp oven, pot roast style. Absolutely delicious. Rich, flavourful yet not fatty or watery.
Previously only had Wild Boar in Italy…where it’s celebrated. Amazing to find it here in Australia after recently discovering Australian Meats. Sooo good.

Tastiest pig ever!!!!

This piece of meat blew my mind! I was never a pork fan growing up and hadn’t eaten meat in over 8 years but when I roasted this for friends I had to try some. I only used salt, pepper, olive oil and rosemary on it. It was mind blowingly tasty and not at all too ‘gamey’ or ‘wild’. It was tender, succulent, very low fat, happy life, natural pig meat. Thinly sliced was a winner.
I highly recommend everyone try this.

Always a great product

We have ordered meat from Australian Meats a few times now and the wild Boar has on most occasions been on our shopping list it makes for a good feast and the whole family loves it.
