Australian Wild Boar is lean and tasty due to their natural diet of nuts, berries and native vegetation. They are free to roam without confinement and are ethically harvested in their own environment, producing a naturally tender and flavoursome pork. Boneless leg roast is minimum 2kg and is best served medium. Roast in the oven or pot roast.

  • Use a dry rub to marinate prior to cooking in the oven.

This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Once opened, consume within 2 days. You may freeze prior to use-by.

Delicious Roast!

Hubby rolled this, stuffed it with herbs, and spit roasted it over hot coals for several hours, basting frequently in a rum marinade. 10/10 delicious!

Not what I expected

Expected more zing in terms of something extremely different in taste. Recipe was fine but not really something that blew my mind


This was the first time I had ever had wild boar, and the experience was tasty indeed. This is not farmed pork so it has a lighter colour uncooked then darker flesh when cooked as compared to commercial pork, very little fat and the fibres are just incredible, don't mean to gush but sh-t this stuff is good.
