WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 2 x 500g packs of Paroo Kangaroo Burgers (8 patties)
- Olive oil spray
- 1/2 white cabbage
- 4 red apples coarsely grated
- 1/2 red onion, finely sliced
- 1/4 cup whole egg mayonnaise
- 1 tbsn lemon juice
- 1 tbsn finely chopped parsley
- sea salt and cracked black pepper
- 8 x small bread rolls
- 2/3 cup tomato chutney
HOW TO COOK IT

Heat barbecue to medium-high.

Spray kangaroo burger patties with oil.

Cook burgers for 4-5 minutes each side, or until cooked through.

Combine slaw ingredients together in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
- Halve bread rolls, layer with tomato chutney, burger patty and slaw.
