Super tasty
I use it for pork and Fennell sausage rolls, bolognaise or in place of any mince dish.
This was so good it was demolished in no time. The pieces are a nice size, not too big and not too small- a very satisfying meal!
Meat was so tender and delicious , not fat at all , will buy again
Made a goat curry with it and it was one of the greatest things i have ever made
