The Venison burgers were a big hit in my house. Seared on BBQ, left a bit rare so still juicy, not dry at all. 1st taste of the Roo hotdogs. Beautiful. Haven't onpened any other products from this order as yet. But, this being my 3rd or 4th order, really looking forward to Venison and Roo osso bucco, Venison and Roo backstraps, that come up so well on BBq, or in my hot smokehouse.
