Should have reviewed another product from my order. Unfortunately venison leg steak product didn’t look like add nor match description. Product was 3, not 4, thick lean meaty cuts without any trace of fat as per add, then I found it full of chewy sinuses. Disappointing and won’t be reordering that particular product again.
I learned a while ago to cook goat low and slow. So a puff of white flour in the oven bag. Coated the goat with olive oil and a middle eastern rub, couple of cut lemons into the oven bag and in with the goat. 6 hours at 150°C and it fell off the bone.
Delivery was cool upon arrival, the back strap we received was outstanding, top quality meat, will be ordering again
