I made a curry with the bone-in goat, made it similar to a rogan josh. 35 mins in pressure cooker - it was fall-apart tender and absolutely delicious and so well priced.
Just a word of warning - the bones disintegrate a bit and become very sharp so you need to pick through it after cooking to save a nasty dentist bill 🫣
