Excellent, too big the full roast so easily managed to cut in half & one blow from the hatchet cut through the bone!!

Room temperature then BBQ two hours or so. Seasoned with salt, pepper, cardamom, ground Szechuan pepper & patted down with olive oil...perfect....also fantastic as a cold cut the next few days!!

This is my second time ordering this salami. It is excellent, moist and very flavourful. I have shared with friends and they all rave about it. It will be a consistent order for me.

the mince is great but it would nice if it wasn`t thawed and i could freeze it
