This salami is one of my favourites now have ordered many time and my 95 year old father in law says it’s very very good in his lovely Italian accent! Would recommend to anyone!

The package came with 3 racks one being significantly smaller than the other two, however this smaller rack has to be one of the best things I have ever eaten. The larger racks were a fair bit stronger in flavour but paired perfectly with. Brussel sprout puree

I purchased the meat starter pack as I had always wanted to try game meats and I was surprised by the variety supplied. So far I have had the Goat sausages, Roo sausages, wild boar cutlets, roo striploin, venison steaks, venison mince..
I also bought the single serve venison and mushroom lasagna... my daughter who is mostly vegetarian ate this with amazing gusto and made me promise to buy more!!
The venison burgers were a hit at our BBQ!

Prepared the boneless venison shoulder seasoned it with salt ,pepper and bbq spice. Seared it in a cast pan then put it into a slow cooker with a can or beer and 2 cups of beef bone stock. Some smoked paprika cumin and tomato paste chopped onion,carrot and garlic. Slow cooked it for 8 hours. Then shredded I'd and served it with sweet potato mash, peas and corn. Was delicious. Today leftovers on a fresh bread roll and bbq sauce for lunch. Will buy again.

Can we get the box’s and the freezer block’s recycled as we are gathering quite a though.

I slow roasted the venison shoulder in the oven, with herbs, and red wine. It was a complete hit with some roasted potaoes and steamed veggies! Perfect winter comfort food. Will be ordering again. Sorry no photo, was gone too quickly! Perfect amount for 4 adults and a little left over for lunch the next day!

Massaman Curry Sauce was very tasty. Meat was tender and great taste. Potatoes could have been cooked a little more as were a little firm. Apart from that, all good. 👍 thank you.
