The Australian Meats Wild Venison Boneless Shoulder is a quality piece of meat, great for roasting. Love the taste, a bit of game but not overly so.

Me and my family love all the Spring Ridge Venison products. I cook bolognese using the venison mince instead of beef or pork and for me the flavour, texture, leanness and value for money for nutrition value is far greater than beef or pork. It's my go to mince.
Everyone bought a plate at Xmas and the venison rack was the highlight above all other dishes. I recommend them for any time of the year.

Great on the BBQ or in the pan. A bit of salt, pepper, and garlic and you’re good to go. Very lean and with a texture like rump steak, they don’t need to be cooked rare, and don’t seem to toughen up if cooked on the well side of medium. My favourite so far, along with the rack.
Kangaroo makes a perfect Osso Bucco. I follow a traditional recipe and the tender flavoursome Paroo meat never fails to impress.
