I made a goat curry and the goat meat was so fresh and soft it will become a regular order in my household.

This is our first foray into pre-prepared meals and to use wild meats that are in abundance makes sense. I appreciate they are single serves, however the goat curry contained less meat than I would have expected. At the end of the day the price point is very competitive so we will buy again and have referred many friends. Thank you for your commitment! :)

Bought premade meal and the starter pack. All the cuts were well presented and tasted blood great. The boar cutlets tasted amazing and the goat curry stunning. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to try wild meat, not games etc as some may think. Value for money and the ready made meals cheap for what you get.

Spring Ridge Venison Backstrap

Besides the fact that I so enjoyed the Venison cubes in a casserole, the mince in a lasagne, the boneless venison roast is a winner.
I cooked the roast covered, sealed in aluminium foil on 120 celsius for only 45minutes.
Once I took the roast from the oven I allowed the roast to rest for fifteen minutes before carving the meat in paper thin slices. This I served with mashed potato and green peas.
I made a gravy from the juices, which contained no fat, only goodness.
My next order for venison is being delivered next week.
We are hooked on this low cholesterol flavoursome venison.

Spring Ridge Venison Boneless Roast

The finest steak I've had in a long time. One suggestion - marinate overnight in a marinade of Italian Salad Dressing and Soy Sauce (50/50 ratio) - pat dry and season well before cooking. Phenomenal!

My favourite cut of all meats. Just delicious. !

We had leftovers for 2 people as it was very rich and filling and frozen it for another nite.

Absolutely adore the wild caught meats, so incredibly fresh! The service was top-notch, can't wait to order again.
