The flavour is great, however, the chunks contain quite a few pieces with very little meat and some sharp shards of bone need caution. I think this product is best suited to sauces and gravies.
I followed a Goat Raan spiced roast recipe, but found the goat to to be tough even after cooking for hours. The flavour of the meat was incredible, and the following day was delicious cold, but wasn't as tender as i'd hoped. I had better luck with your rabbit and venison
