I’d never eaten Venison, we BBQ’d the steak & enjoyed it very much.
Absolutely loved these. We bought them because they were gluten free, but unfortunately the family has also developed a dairy allergy (they contain skim milk ).
I enjoyed a fabulous coconut curry with the Boneless Wild goat.
Venison was top quality and perfect for slow cooking - came out perfect. Very impressed with the packing and delivery. Turned up fresh and cold and on time. Thank you - I will order again.
