The meat arrived well-packed and perfectly fresh. I slow-cooked it for six hours — it turned out rich, tender, and full of flavor. It paired beautifully with vegetables. Very satisfied with my order!

I did a slow cook on the roast. The meat was tender and had a great flavour. We chose the Juniper berry, red wine and thyme and fresh rosemary recipe.

All the minces and meats from Australia meats are extremely flavourful and lean. The texture is what mince is suppose to be like. The wild animals ate a natural, extremely diverse diet as well as getting proper exercise and living a happy, normal life. This really shows in the end product. Highly, highly recommend!!!

I bought these to make jerky with, cola kangaroo, it worked out great, the thickness was perfect 👌👍 slicing was very consistent.

I ordered the venison racks, venison filet, 500gr of diced goat, and a ready meal…(curry Goat Korma) , 2 wild boar filet…I was very impressed by the quality of the meats…I m a retired (in Australia) French Chef and been cooking everything you can think of….the Goat Korma was really good (but too much onions in dish) and the rest of the meats were fantastic…the delivery took a week, which I expected it but when it arrived I was again very impressed with the packaging! 2 large ice packs and a thermo bag to keep everything fresh in a real tight secure carton box….delivery was made by a refrigerated courrier…the whole experience was fantastic and I will buy my venison , diced goat and wild boar from the Australian meats in the future. I love the idea of buying and supporting the farmers, cause they do need it…. You guys deserve recognition…keep up the good work! Thank you

I haven’t tried the relish yet but had the rub on some lamb half leg it was beautiful top marks
