Leaves lamb in its wake for value and ease of cooking. No costly fat to trim or otherwise eat. No flare-ups on BBQ. Juicy, delicious dark meat flavour. Surprised my lamb-loving spouse how good it is and we have the green light for more orders. The steaks were absolutely amazing quality. Made them with my German Wild spice mix, which also then creates a very nice base to make a sauce from the pan juices with craneberry and cream added . Even made fresh Schpätzle with it and Blaukraut
