Àll great. Still working my way through. I thought the pork would have a stronger taste. Favourite is venison. Can't be reheated since the delicate texture toughens if overcooked. A little bit less time than you think is about right. I live alone so all the packs are 2-3 serves for me. I have tried to stop eating meat because I don't want to support farming practices so this is ideal. They get to have a life and I can still have the meat I need.
Exceptional meat!! Would 100% recomend Australian meats, great price and absolutely beautiful meat!!!
