Placed my first order with Australian Meats and just consumed the Red Wine & Garlic Venison Steak cooked in the air fryer and it was sensational.
I've not eaten that much venison in the past and never have cooked it myself but needless to say I will be ordering it again in the future. It was delicious

Wonderfully flavoursome boneless goat pieces in a truly delicious rice base, in my opinion (and that of my family) this is the best Australian Meats Ready Made meal so far. Generously sized servings as well as being mouthwateringly moreish! As soon as it is back in stock, I'll be ordering more!

Spring Ridge Venison Boneless Roast

Easy to cook, great for Chilli con Carñe, Spag Bog, Rissols, full of flavour, well priced, family facourite! Definately recommend.

So yummy - made a stew to have with polenta. Tasted just as good if not better than beef osso bucco.

Some years ago we had a wild boar meal in Italy.
Reproduced this dish with your wilh your boar, truely delicious.Wild boar is greatly prized In Italy, wonderful to be able to get it here!

We lightly salt, leave out to room temperature then cook for about 40 seconds each side. Very delicious flavoursome and tender. Great for steak sandwiches as well.

We particularly enjoyed the spices and the goat meat of course.
