Yum, yum and yum! I couldn't believe how delicious and tender these cutlets were and with far less fat. I'm so happy I discovered these cutlets and will definitely be buying more frequently.

A great product it didn't last long as we love our Salami. Definitely would like to see a HOT spicy on the list.

A great chewy hard salami with an even texture, and a vibrant red colour. Distinct pieces of venison and fat with a spicy, savoury flavour. Love this product.

Great quality meat from a group that provide excellent communication.

Quick to cook, beautifully tender meat. The Venison Rack was delicious. My son came back for seconds, which is unprecedented. Mustard, oil, maple syrup and some bread crumbs to coat the meat in a 190C oven for about 35 minutes and rest for 10 minutes. Perfection.
