We used the buy our kangaroo via the large supermarkets, but there is a lot of plastic involved. I then found Paroo - and ended up buying a large box choosing a lot of different cuts (including kangaroo tail - for a curry!) and marinated (peppered steak etc). We love it. The pieces are maybe a little unevenly sized but they are always very tasty and tender - 'frying' the marinated steaks in the airfryer for 12-14 mins works best we think. All in all, I will be ordering my kangaroo through Paroo from now on!
The venison backstrap is like butter you could cut it with a fork. 🤤🤤🤤❤️
Hit and miss with these, some seem really herby and others don't, the better was with less herbs in my opinion.
