The venison tenderloin and the metwurst was delicious. Will be ordering again soon to try other meats and different cuts of venison.

I trimmed it up into 4-5 individual one-person chunks. omg this is beautiful, Venison Deer.
So far, made a mushroom creamy hotpot, also a nice pasta. Beautiful :)

What can I say, the cured meat (venison and wood boar) and the venison roast and shoulder were outstanding. The quality of the meat, the cit and the delivery are flawless.
