Slow cooked just with salt, pepper, and herbs, and it had so much flavour, really lean but moist and tender. Really delicious 😋
I feel really full of energy after eating this meat. As a carnivore it’s so nice to have access to quality and variety meats delivered to your door. I cooked this one slow and low with lamb fat and thyme.
The strip loin was beautiful to eat and the whole family enjoyed it, not a thing left on the plates.

I have braised it in beer for 24 hours. It beautifully falls apart. Tastes great.

We had the wild boar cutlets last week, crusted in Wattleseed, Pepperberry, Saltbush and Lemon Myrtle and pan seared served with an Apple and Lilli Pilli sauce. Simply delicious, the meat was tender and beautifully flavoured.
Cut the striploin into stroganoff strips and quick seared after marinading in an olive oil, lime juice and paprika mix. So tender, tasty and mild (not at all what I expected!!!). I just ordered another 2 packs ...
