A great chewy hard salami with an even texture, and a vibrant red colour. Distinct pieces of venison and fat with a spicy, savoury flavour. Love this product.

Great quality meat from a group that provide excellent communication.

Quick to cook, beautifully tender meat. The Venison Rack was delicious. My son came back for seconds, which is unprecedented. Mustard, oil, maple syrup and some bread crumbs to coat the meat in a 190C oven for about 35 minutes and rest for 10 minutes. Perfection.

Slow cooked just with salt, pepper, and herbs, and it had so much flavour, really lean but moist and tender. Really delicious 😋

Fresh no fat easy to cook

I feel really full of energy after eating this meat. As a carnivore it’s so nice to have access to quality and variety meats delivered to your door. I cooked this one slow and low with lamb fat and thyme.

The strip loin was beautiful to eat and the whole family enjoyed it, not a thing left on the plates.
