Great lean meat with a wonderfull flavours…knowing it s venison, I m always sure that the meat will be lean with no fat at all whatsoever , no chemical added (thru injection or through food)…absolutely wonderfull flavour…no need to marinate, or to rub with spices or anything, the flavour of the venison itself is enough…much better than beef and lamb…and also I m happy to help and support Australian business especially when they re doing a great job! And by buying by bulk quantity, the price is more or less the same as my local butcher (and I won t even mention Coles or Woolies…as they re both in such lower quality for their entire meats section) my butcher is not gonna see me as often now as I ll be buying from those guys now every 3 weeks or so….the delivery and packaging were great…delivery takes one week from ordering (from South Australia to the Gold Coast in Queensland) 12 out of 10 for me…and as a retired French chef, i
