Delivery was cool upon arrival, the back strap we received was outstanding, top quality meat, will be ordering again
But it needed more spice. I know Indian and Asian food is cooked to make it palatable for people who don't like a lot of spice or heat but this one is a little to bland.
The venison shoulder makes a tender and succulent roast for us humans.
And the family dogs don't miss out either because I use 3/4 of the shoulder for our roast and then cut the (raw) trimmings into strips and dehydrate them for treats.
The whole family is happy!!
Meat is quite fresh when delivered. Custom service is really good to answer any questions
