First time cooking up the Plum Kangaroo steaks tonight, and they were absolutely delicious. Targeted 135F internal temp, and they were spot on. Devoured by everyone, kids to grandparents alike. We’ll be back for more (as soon as the freezer is empty, there’s a few more packs to go yet!)
Have so far only had the Roo Dogs, Smoked Venison and Venison Sausages. Roo Dogs were different but enjoyable. Smoked venison was great as were the venison sausages. 9 out of 10 rating for all. Wild boar ham is for Xmas so not yet opened, looking forward to having that with the family. Very happy so far.
By far the best kangaroo I've ever eaten!
