We really enjoyed the kangaroo tail, cooked a stew it was delicious, the meat was very tender.
I have grown tired of buying beef from the butcher, cooking it, then having to gnaw my way through sinew. These venison minute steaks were tender and juicy and tasted great. They only needed a couple of minutes on the pan. I chucked them in a bit of seasoned flour prior to cooking.
